Baseball Giants

I'll always love the Mariners but it's nice to be around some winners here. Hoping I can use the Giants playoff tickets I scored got me sifting through images of the pre-San Francisco Giants. Originally founded in 1883 as the Gothams they played at the Polo Grounds in New York until 1957. Not sure why Babe Ruth is wearing a Giants uniform, but the caption says it's an exhibition game.

Last Night in Seattle

It's been a month since we moved to San Francisco...and longer since I've made a post so I thought I'd start back up with a look at our last night in Seattle (on a break from packing to grub at Belltown Pizza).

Tokyo

I've been doing a lot a research on Japanese food for a painting commission. It makes me want to eat a lot of noodles, which I solved with a trip to the Asian grocery store. And it makes me want got to Tokyo. Here's to a trip soon...
